Introduction

What are you going to do

Oversee operations on site, ensuring landscape and civil works are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
Supervise and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and equipment across various project phases
Interpret and implement construction plans, drawings, and specifications with precision
Manage the installation of earthworks, drainage, retaining walls, pavements, irrigation systems, turfing, and planting
Monitor and enforce site safety, environmental standards, and quality control procedures
Liaise with project managers, clients, and consultants to resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project progress
Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and resource planning to meet project timelines
Maintain accurate daily site records, including progress updates, site inspections, and incident reports

Essential skills and knowledge

Experience in landscaping and/or civil works (ideally in commercial or infrastructure projects).
Strong leadership skills - you know how to keep a team motivated and productive.
A solid understanding of site safety, machinery, and construction processes.
A proactive, problem solving mindset - you don't wait to be told what to do.
Drivers' license (a must)

The salary bracket depending on experience is $110,000 - $130,000 + super + veichle and everything else you will require to suceed in the position.
