What are you going to do

Arbeitssicherheitstechnische Betreuung und Beratung des Produktionsstandortes
Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in allen Fragen des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes
Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Pflege von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
Durchführung von Betriebs-, Sicherheits- und Arbeitsplatzbegehungen
Analyse von Arbeitsunfällen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter Präventionsmaßnahmen
Mitwirkung bei Arbeitsschutzausschusssitzungen (ASA) und weiteren sicherheitsrelevanten Abstimmungen
Überwachung und Umsetzung gesetzlicher, behördlicher sowie berufsgenossenschaftlicher Vorgaben
Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsschutz- und Sicherheitsstandards

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit, idealerweise in einem Produktions- oder Industrieumfeld
Gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Arbeitsschutz-, Unfallverhütungs- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Durchführung von Begehungen
Analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
