What are you going to do

  • Organisation, Steuerung und Moderation crossfunktionaler ZEUS-Shopfloor- und Fokusworkshops
  • Koordination und Steuerung des Fehlerabstellmanagements (FAP) in der Entwicklung
  • Vorbereitung und Moderation fachbereichsübergreifender Workshops zur Prozessoptimierung und Standardisierung
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Qualitäts- und Managementberichterstattung
  • Sicherstellung einer transparenten und auditkonformen Dokumentation der Fehlerabstellvorgänge
  • Projektunterstützung im Bereich Produktqualität

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Automotive Engineering oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Berufserfahrung in der Automobilindustrie wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Fehlerabstellmanagement inkl. Know-How hinsichtlich geltender Verfahrensanweisungen, Prozessbeschreibungen sowie IT-Systeme im Bereich des Fehlerabstellprozesses erforderlich
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich der Produktentwicklung oder Gesamtfahrzeugerprobung von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind ein Must-have
