Position: Engineering Project Manager.

YOE: 15+ Years.

Contract: On Permanent Role.

Location: Bangalore.

Essential skills and knowledge

Academic: B.E / B. Tech (or Master) with relevant Engineering Discipline Experience (Naval Arch, Hull Structure or Marine Engineering);
Exp: 15+ Years Exp;
Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions;
Set priorities, plans, and organizes own workload;
Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward;
Planning & prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organization goals;
Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances;
Effectively building formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization;
Gaining the confidence & trust of others through honest, integrity & authenticity.
