Introduction
Brunel Energy is looking for Deputy Field Manager to join with one of our clients in Iraq. We are a leading provider of Engineering and Technical Services to the Oil and Gas Industry.
What are you going to do
- The Deputy Field Manager will work with the Field Manager to provide overall leadership and management to the Qaiyarah Oilfield team including technical departments (HSE, Operations, Production and Projects) to ensure project and operational execution of the programs to meet corporate objectives and timelines.
- Tasks may include contract supervision and budget controls.
- Coordinate, as per the directions of Management, the timely implementation of work programs, and participate in meetings with third party stakeholders.
- Lead role in the continuous improvement of operations and implementation of strong HSE policies and culture.
- Develop strong reporting and oversight organization for local and expat employees.
Essential skills and knowledgeÂ
- Leading a diverse team of project & production engineers, service technicians, admin and operations staff.
- 10 years of field operations, production and projects construction experience in Oil & Gas.
- Knowledge and history of development plans, flow assurance, production optimization, and integrity management solutions to production systems.
