What are you going to do

  • Administering contracts and subcontracts across commercial refurb and fitout projects ($5-15m+)
  • Managing procurement, subcontractor engagement, and tender comparisons
  • Preparing and assessing variations, claims, EOTs and contract correspondence
  • Tracking budgets, forecasts, and cashflow reporting with precision
  • Supporting the Project Manager in ensuring compliance, quality, and program delivery
  • Collaborating with consultants, clients, and site supervisors to keep projects moving

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction across structural refurb and fitout projects up to $15 million
  • Solid understanding of procurement, contracts, and cost management
  • Experience with construction industry software systems is required
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • A trade or site background is a bonus, but not essential
