Introduction

What are you going to do

Lead financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Drive compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
Provide commercial and financial insights to support strategic decisions
Oversee cash flow, capital structuring, and working capital optimization
Implement and enhance internal controls, ERP systems, and process automation
Engage with external auditors, financial institutions, and key partners
Lead and develop finance team members as needed

Essential skills and knowledge

Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer for 10+ years
Strong background in construction, property, or project-based industries (highly preferred)
Exceptional leadership, communication, and commercial acumen
Hands-on approach with the ability to operate strategically and tactically
Experience leading financial transformation projects or systems upgrades
CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
