Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen Bauingenieur / Architekten (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung im Bereich bautechnische Planung und Projektabwicklung.

What are you going to do

  • Entwicklung und Planung bautechnischer Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung technischer, wirtschaftlicher und baurechtlicher Anforderungen
  • Prüfung von Bauplänen und technischen Zeichnungen hinsichtlich Normenkonformität, Plausibilität und Umsetzbarkeit
  • Koordination statischer Fragestellungen sowie Abstimmung mit internen und externen Tragwerksplanern
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Projektteams bei bautechnischen Aufgabenstellungen
  • Erarbeitung praxisnaher Lösungskonzepte für die Projektrealisierung
  • Mitwirkung bei der technischen Ausarbeitung und Bewertung von Angeboten

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder Architektur
  • Erfahrung in der bautechnischen Planung sowie im Projektumfeld
  • Kenntnisse der Landesbauordnung und Bauvorlagenberechtigung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit AutoCAD 2D und 3D
  • Gute allgemeine EDV-Kenntnisse und hohe Lernbereitschaft für neue Softwarelösungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie idealerweise in GAEB-Konverter, Dlubal RFEM, RSAB und RSEKTION
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
