What are you going to do

Jij regelt het! Van nature leg je makkelijk contact en haal je veel plezier uit netwerken. Je bent nieuwsgierig, positief ingesteld en wil graag succes hebben (en vieren)!

Als ervaren accountmanager bij Brunel sta jij dagelijks in contact met de toptalenten. Deze toptalenten staan bij ons intern beter bekend als; onze specialisten. Jij weet te achterhalen wat hun ambities zijn, wat ze leuk vinden, waar ze graag naar toe willen en belangrijker nog, hoe jij, samen met jouw collega's, de specialisten kan helpen om daar te komen.

Essential skills and knowledge

Een hbo-diploma, bij voorkeur in een commerciële of zakelijke richting.
Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in sales of recruitment.
Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
Commercieel inzicht en de drive om kansen te benutten.
Sterke communicatieve en overtuigingsvaardigheden.

Wat je krijgt:

Bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.250 en €3.850 (excl. 8% vakantiegeld), afhankelijk van ervaring.
Bonussen tot 3,5 keer je jaarsalaris op basis van doelstellingen.

26 vakantiedagen (uit te breiden tot 40).
