Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management Specialist to support and advance a large-scale enterprise IAM capability. Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for the Saviynt platform, you will bridge deep technical implementation with broader security strategy, ensuring secure, scalable and compliant access management across the organisation.

About this role

As the Identity & Access Management Specialist, you will provide technical leadership and governance across the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform within a complex enterprise landscape.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engage with business stakeholders, HR and compliance teams to gather and translate complex access requirements into Saviynt RBAC models, provisioning workflows and policy engines.

  • Design conceptual and logical IAM architectures aligned to enterprise security standards.

  • Conduct gap analysis between current and target state IAM capabilities, providing clear uplift roadmaps.

  • Configure and implement Saviynt modules including application onboarding, access controls, connectors and integrations.

  • Troubleshoot complex integration issues across Active Directory, SAP, ServiceNow and cloud platforms.

  • Drive Zero Trust, Least Privilege and Just-in-Time access principles across the environment.

  • Strengthen Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls and segregation of duties (SoD) policies.

  • Lead certification campaigns, access reviews and compliance reporting.

  • Translate technical IAM risks into business-impact language for senior stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with offshore managed service providers to ensure aligned and high-quality IAM service delivery.

Is this you?

Essential:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA in enterprise environments.

  • Proven ability to architect secure, scalable IAM solutions.

  • Strong understanding of IAM principles including RBAC, ABAC, Least Privilege and Attestation.

  • Experience managing IAM across environments with thousands of identities.

  • Strong scripting capability (Java, PowerShell, Python, SQL, REST APIs).

  • Experience acting as a Level 3 escalation point for IAM incidents.

  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
