Ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and regulations during fabrication process.
Manages and ensures successful execution of CP Jackets/Topsides fabrication project components to meet prioritized objectives (Safety, Quality, Schedule, and others, as appropriate).
To supervise and control the activities of the Contractor/Subcontractors related to the Jackets/Topsides fabrication, Mechanical Completion to ensure that it complies with contractual requirements, project documentation and applicable International Standards.
To check the constructability aspects, as well as the compliance to all technical requirements, of the deliverables provided by the Engineering Team Contractor.
To review deviations to company construction standards for comments with Contractors / Subcontractors input, to deliver a consistent dossier (documents, materials, procured and fabricated items, precom/com dossiers, as built …) for the construction activities.
Identify any areas of concern with respect to progress and/or quality and recommend corrective actions as required.
Review Contractor's progress reports and reports for all the activities, highlighting critical
problems, drifts and dysfunctions if any.
To Liaise with Contractors/Subcontractors for all structure subject, MC, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning to ensure the Contractors/Subcontractors progress follow up and reporting. Bring execution solutions that favour safe construction execution and transition to Commissioning activities.
To lead and contribute to Risk Assessments kick off meetings and Pre-Job Meetings, technical meeting etc. as required in accordance with Company's referential.
To participate to REX and Lessons Learned for the Company. Responsible for implementation of lessons learned from previous projects with company and/or Contractor, as well as capturing and communicating construction lessons learned for the current project.

Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering
8 years overall experience with Large Jacket Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry, including strong experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel. Additional relevant work experience may be substituted for technical education.
Good knowledge of Project Execution procedures and field management and techniques including fabrication, welding, lifting, mechanical testing and completions.
Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies.
Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up, as applicable to the project scope.
Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, onshore facilities, or yard operations as applicable to a project scope.
Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
