Für einen Kunden in Dortmund, suchen wir Dich als Controlling Specialist / Business Controller, um die Finanz- und Budgetplanung aktiv zu begleiten und das Management mit aussagekräftigen Analysen zu unterstützen.

What are you going to do

  • Erstellung und Pflege des regelmäßigen Berichtswesens im Rahmen des Reportings für den thyssenkrupp Konzern und das Segment Decarbon Technologies
  • Ist-Berichterstattung, Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresvorschau, Budgetplanung inkl. Abweichungsanalysen für Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, Bilanz und Cash-Flow
  • Koordination und Prüfung von Datenzulieferungen
  • Kostenstellenplanung, Kostenstellencontrolling und monatliche Abweichungsanalysen
  • Erstellung interner Controlling-Berichte und Sonderauswertungen
  • Begleitung von IFRS- und HGB-Jahresabschlüssen

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einem international tätigen Unternehmen
  • Fundierte IFRS- und HGB-Kenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Erfahrung mit SAP inkl. SAP Business Objects Analysis oder Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations wünschenswert
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen
  • Konzeptionelles, problemlösungsorientiertes und fachübergreifendes Denken
  • Überzeugendes Auftreten, Teamorientierung, Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
