Für ein anspruchsvolles Projekt im Bereich DC-Kabelinfrastruktur suchen wir Dich zur Unterstützung im Schnittstellenmanagement.

What are you going to do

Koordination und Steuerung der Schnittstellen zwischen Teilprojekten, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern innerhalb von DC-Kabelprojekten
Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zwischen Projektbeteiligten
Identifikation, Analyse und Nachverfolgung von schnittstellenrelevanten Risiken und Abhängigkeiten
Abstimmung technischer, organisatorischer und prozessualer Themen zwischen den beteiligten Projektpartnern
Organisation und Moderation von Schnittstellen- und Abstimmungsmeetings
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von projektspezifischen Schnittstellenprozessen
Dokumentation von Schnittstellenvereinbarungen und Sicherstellung der Nachverfolgbarkeit von Entscheidungen
Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Koordination komplexer Projektstrukturen

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder Schnittstellenmanagement in komplexen technischen Projekten
Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich Energieinfrastruktur, Kabelprojekte oder Großprojekte
Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Stakeholder zusammenzubringen
