Für ein spannendes Projektumfeld suchen wir Sie als Projektkoordinator / Mitarbeiter Arbeitsvorbereitung (m/w/d).

What are you going to do

  • Eigenverantwortliche Auftrags- und Projektabwicklung von der Beauftragung bis zur Auslieferung
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung inklusive Prüfung von Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Terminen, Abläufen und Kapazitäten
  • Koordination interner Schnittstellen wie Fertigung, Einkauf und externen Dienstleistern
  • Schnittstelle zum Einkauf inklusive Materialabstimmung, Terminverfolgung und technischer Klärungen
  • Bearbeitung technischer und organisatorischer Fragestellungen im laufenden Projektgeschäft
  • Pflege und Nachverfolgung von Auftrags- und Projektdaten im ERP-System
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Verständnis oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Projektkoordination oder Produktionsplanung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
