What are you going to do
- Design and develop components and assemblies for automotive seating systems using Siemens NX
- Create and maintain 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings
- Cooperate closely with manufacturing, process engineering, and quality teams
- Communicate with suppliers regarding design solutions, manufacturability, and changes
- Support design releases, modifications, and continuous improvements
- Ensure designs meet automotive standards, quality, and cost requirements
Essential skills and knowledge
- Proven experience as a Designer / CAD Engineer using Siemens NX
- Hands‑on knowledge of automotive seat manufacturing (structure, mechanisms, plastics, foam, trim - depending on focus)
- Experience working with suppliers and cross‑functional teams
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and industrialization principles
- Ability to work independently in a project environment
- English at a working professional level
- Experience specifically with seat structures or plastic components
- Background in automotive Tier 1 / OEM environment
- Project‑based or interim experience
