What are you going to do

  • Durchführung von Sanctioned Party List (SPL) Screenings
  • Erstellen, Implementieren und Überwachen von Exportkontrolldokumenten gemäß geltenden Regularien
  • Unterstützen bei der Klassifizierung von Gütern
  • Verwalten und Beantragen von Export- und Re-Exportlizenzen (EU/DE/US)
  • Führung von Exportkontrollschulungen für Mitarbeiter und verschiedene Hierarchiebenen
  • Teilnahme an Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Prozesse
  • Prüfen und Freigeben von Lieferungen sowie Einleitung von Abhilfemaßnahmen bei potenziellen Verstößen

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse nationaler sowie US-amerikanischer Exportkontrollregularien (z. B. EU Dual-Use VO, AWG, AWV, EAR, ITAR)
  • Nachgewiesene Schulungskompetenz für alle Hierarchie-Ebenen
  • Hohes Maß an sozialer und interkultureller Kompetenz
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Office-Anwendungen sowie SAP R3, HANA und GTS
