What are you going to do 

Als IT Servicedeskmedewerker ondersteun je interne gebruikers via telefoon en chat. Je lost wachtwoord- en wifi-problemen op, voert systeembeheertaken uit en beheert gebruikersaccounts en infrastructuren.

Binnen 12-24 maanden kun je door certificaten te behalen bij Brunel doorgroeien tot Functioneel Beheerder, Cloud-specialist, Applicatiebeheerder en meer.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Wij zijn op zoek naar een starter die:

  • Minimaal een mbo 4 diploma of een hbo propedeuse heeft in de richting van IT.
  • Minimaal een jaar stage ervaring heeft in een soortgelijke rol.
  • De Nederlandse taal beheerst in woord en geschrift.

Je kunt bij ons rekenen op:

  • Een bruto maandsalaris van €2800 - 3000 obv 40 uur (excl. 8% vakantiegeld), afhankelijk van ervaring.
  • Een leaseauto, reiskostenvergoeding of OV-kaart.
  • 26 vakantiedagen (met de mogelijkheid om uit te breiden tot 40 dagen).
