What are you going to do

Verwaltung und Pflege des Product Backlogs für ein Softwareprodukt im Bereich Electronic Warfare / COMINT
Erstellung, Priorisierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Produktanforderungen; klare, transparente Aufbereitung für das Entwicklungsteam
Zentrales Stakeholder‑Management zwischen Produktmanager, Projektleitung, Entwicklungs‑ und Testteams
Sicherstellung regelmäßiger Releases durch strukturierte Planung von Produktinkrementen über mehrere Sprints hinweg
Abstimmung und Koordinierung von Features mit dem Produktmanagement sowie Festlegung der Entwicklungsreihenfolge zur Maximierung des Nutzens
Aktive Teilnahme an allen relevanten Scrum‑Events wie Sprint Planning, Reviews und Retrospektiven
Klärung offener Anforderungen während der Sprints und Unterstützung des Teams bei inhaltlichen Fragestellungen
Einführung geeigneter Methoden zur Erfolgsmessung der Produktentwicklung und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
Überprüfung und Abnahme der im Sprint umgesetzten Funktionalitäten

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Physik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Product Owner
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
