What are you going to do

  • Planung und Optimierung von Fertigungs- und Prüfprozessen in Montage- und Kommissionierlinien
  • Betreuung des Serienanlaufs sowie Sicherstellung von Qualität, Taktzeit und Anlagenverfügbarkeit
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender Fertigungseinrichtungen und Beschaffung neuer Produktionssysteme
  • Erstellung von Fertigungs- und Prüfdokumentationen sowie Mitwirkung bei FMEA-Prozessen
  • Abstimmung mit interdisziplinären Teams zur Sicherstellung der Produktionsbereitschaft
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Taktzeiten

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatl. geprüfter Techniker (m/w/d) in Produkionstechnik, Fertigungstechnik oder Produktionsmanagement oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Production Engineering, Produktionstechnik, Fertigungstechnik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Erfahrung in der Fertigungs- oder Montageplanung erforderlich
  • Erfahrung bei der Anwendung der Zeitwirtschaftsmethodik MTM wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im SAP Modul CAPP vorteilhaft
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Must-have
