What are you going to do

  • Verantwortung für Ausbau, Umbau und Neubau der internen Ladeinfrastruktur (iLIS) an deutschlandweiten Standorten inkl. Steuerung der Bauprojekte end-to-end
  • Planung, Koordination und Steuerung von Terminen, Budget, Qualität sowie externen Dienstleistern und internen Stakeholdern
  • Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen, insbesondere Bauplanung, Betrieb und Abrechnung der Ladeinfrastruktur
  • Optimierung und Automatisierung bestehender Prozesse inkl. Datenstrukturen und erster KI-AnsätzeUnterstützung im Customer Support (z. B. Postfach, Hotline)
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Services für Mitarbeitende

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Büromanagement, Tourismusmanagement oder abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, International Business, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mobilty Management oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im technischen oder infrastrukturellen Umfeld erforderlich
  • Erfahrung in der Einführung von Digitalisierungstools wünschenswert
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit KI / AI / Automatisierung von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift notwendig
