What are you going to do 

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Site Supervisor with a passion for luxury residential construction. This is a rare opportunity to join a team that brings high-end architectural visions to life with precision and care. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of luxury home builds from start to finish, ensuring that quality, timelines, and budgets are all meticulously maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site operations across high-end residential projects
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard of quality and in compliance with plans and specifications
  • Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and internal teams
  • Manage and monitor construction schedules and project timelines
  • Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and compliant worksite
  • Conduct quality checks and resolve any site issues promptly
  • Report on project progress and provide updates to management

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Minimum 5 years' experience supervising high-end / luxury residential construction
  • Strong carpentry background highly desirable
  • Proven track record delivering multi-million-dollar custom homes
  • Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and architectural finishes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • QBCC Site Supervisor License (mandatory)
  • Must have own vehicle - car allowance provided
  • A true passion for luxury construction and an eye for fine detail
