What are you going to do

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Site Supervisor with a passion for luxury residential construction. This is a rare opportunity to join a team that brings high-end architectural visions to life with precision and care. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of luxury home builds from start to finish, ensuring that quality, timelines, and budgets are all meticulously maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site operations across high-end residential projects
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard of quality and in compliance with plans and specifications
Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and internal teams
Manage and monitor construction schedules and project timelines
Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and compliant worksite
Conduct quality checks and resolve any site issues promptly
Report on project progress and provide updates to management

Essential skills and knowledge

Minimum 5 years' experience supervising high-end / luxury residential construction
Strong carpentry background highly desirable
Proven track record delivering multi-million-dollar custom homes
Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and architectural finishes
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
QBCC Site Supervisor License (mandatory)
Must have own vehicle - car allowance provided
A true passion for luxury construction and an eye for fine detail
