What are you going to do 

As Site Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of custom home projects from site start through to handover. You'll be responsible for ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Coordinating and supervising all on-site construction activities.
  • Managing subcontractors, trades, and apprentices.
  • Scheduling and ordering materials to meet project timelines.
  • Conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance with building codes and WHS standards.
  • Maintaining accurate site records, progress reports, and documentation.
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Current QBCC licence is essential
  • 5+ years' experience in residential construction supervision, preferably within custom home building.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and local council processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
  • Local experience in SEQ highly regarded
