Introduction

We're seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operator to join our team in Toowoomba. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, safety, and teamwork. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality, customer-focused warehousing services, ensuring inventory and assets are kept secure and fit for purpose.

What are you going to do

  • Participate in the safe operation of the warehouse, equipment, and processes.
  • Receive, unload, and receipt incoming materials.
  • Pick, pack, and load internal orders and deliveries.
  • Perform full and weekly cycle counts, investigating discrepancies as required.
  • Support urgent and emergency deliveries when needed.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse records, including ERP data entry, invoices, and delivery dockets.
  • Normaly working hours 8am - 5pm (1hr lunch)
  • Casual engagement, regular hours

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Experience in warehousing and logistics (preferred).
  • Current Forklift Licence.
  • Completion of NHVAS Load and Unload and Chain of Responsibility Awareness Level 1 courses.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail and commitment to process improvement.
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics GP highly regarded.
