We are seeking experienced Site Managers and Site Supervisors to join a well-established Tier 2 builder with a strong pipeline of work in Darwin and remote NT regions. Known for quality delivery, community impact, and a supportive team culture, this business offers an exciting opportunity for construction professionals ready to take the next step.
What are you going to do
You'll be responsible for leading site delivery across a variety of projects including:
- Commercial builds, fitouts & defence projects
- Residential housing and medium-density projects
- Remote and regional community works
- Insurance and restoration contracts
Essential skills and knowledgeÂ
Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor in commercial, residential, Defence or Civil construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and tight deadlines
- Commitment to safety, quality, and stakeholder engagement
- Willingness to work on both Darwin-based and occasional remote projects
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, trades, and scheduling
- Ensure WHS compliance and drive a safety-first culture
- Manage subcontractors, quality standards, and project budgets
- Provide clear direction and leadership to crews on-site
- Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
