Quantity Surveyor

Minimum Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A relevant professional certification is preferred.

· Experience: Minimum of 6 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction and/or industry, with a strong focus on field operations.

· Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make accurate projections. Strong problem-solving skills to address cost-related challenges.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

· Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in quantity assessments and cost calculations.

· Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.

· MS Word, Excel, Outlook, is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large copper production and related facilities
• Prior EPCM experience preferred
• Working as a team member (Client, EPCM & Contractors)
• Proficiency in quantity measurement techniques, cost estimation, and cost control methods. Experience with computer-aided quantity surveying software is advantageous.
