We are seeking a Project Manager to spearhead the development of next-generation detection technologies for healthcare and life science applications. If you’re passionate about managing complex projects, leading diverse teams, and driving technological advancements, this opportunity is ideal for you!

What are you going to do 

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring deliverables meet timelines, budgets, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with experts in electronics, software, mechanics, and manufacturing to develop cutting-edge detection technologies for healthcare and life science applications.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks to keep projects on track and within scope.
  • Oversee all stages of product development—from initial design and assembly to testing and manufacturing.
  • Work closely with other project managers and team leaders to allocate resources effectively and efficiently.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • A degree in Electronics, Physics, Engineering, or a related technical field (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects, preferably in high-tech or regulated industries.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire highly skilled teams and coordinate work across different locations.
  • Familiarity with electronics, software, mechanical design, and high-tech manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO standards) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a good command of English for collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantage.
