What are you going to do

  • Responsible for assigned technology or machinery within the production plant
  • Process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Management of engineering change requests (ECRs) and support in implementing technical changes
  • Collaboration with stakeholders across departments (Engineering, Production, Maintenance)
  • Troubleshooting and proposing corrective action

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • University degree in a technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering)
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage (packing, logistics, automotive, mechanical engineering)
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation and drawings
  • Experience in process engineering is an advantage
  • Active knowledge of English and Czech - spoken and written
  • Proactive, independent, and responsible approach
