Essential skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, Industrial, or related discipline).
- Master's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or Operations Research is an advantage.
- Relevant professional certifications or specialized training in optimization, process engineering, or data analytics are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of optimization techniques, process improvement, and system performance analysis.
- Experience with modeling, simulation, or optimization software/tools.
- Ability to analyze large data sets and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
- Understanding of operational workflows, engineering systems, and industry standards.
