Introduction
We are recruiting a Mechanical Engineer - Static Equipment to join one of our leading multinational clients and their expanding team. This position is based in Chennai and offers an excellent opportunity for experienced proposal management professionals in the Conventional Energy sector.
What are you going to do
Position: Mechanical Engineer - Static Equipment.
Contract: On Permanent Role.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Hons. Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering or equivalent.
- High level of computer literacy essential.
- Fluent English written and spoken.
- Willing to travel overseas.
- Exposure to Compress, PVElite, Ansys, Staadpro, FEA, & Microsoft Project would be advantageous.
- Good analytical, design skills, creativity in providing competitive customer design solutions.
- Strong technical leadership skills with an ability to influence others.
- Self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Proven track record in delivering reliability, cost, quality & productivity
- improvement projects.
- Experience working in a regulated environment & knowledge of requirements & procedures are required.
- Excellent communication, written, credibility & presentation skills.
- Customer orientated.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D
- Familiarity with 3D (cadworx), dimensioning & drawing layout.
