These programs will be condition-based and supported by analysis of equipment component failure probabilities and consequences throughout the lifecycle. All plans must comply with applicable industry regulations and internal risk management standards.* Provide engineering expertise for equipment risk assessments, fitness-for-service evaluations, and troubleshooting of marine loading arms and hydraulic gangways, covering systems such as hydraulics, electrical, instrumentation, process piping, and structural components.
* Prepare detailed specifications for the design, replacement, or refurbishment of marine loading arms and hydraulic gangways.* Define inspection scopes and technical requirements to be executed by in-house operations teams or third-party inspection service providers.
* Oversee and review design and analytical work performed by third parties, ensuring quality and technical accuracy of calculations, drawings, and engineering recommendations.

Essential skills and knowledge

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design of marine loading arms (required) and hydraulic gangways (preferred), including specification, design, operation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and fitness-for-service assessments.
* Experience developing mechanical specifications for new or replacement marine loading arms and/or hydraulic gangways, and coordinating with equipment manufacturers, including reviewing vendor engineering documentation.* Relevant experience supporting oil and gas operators or marine terminal facilities in troubleshooting, integrity management, and fitness-for-service evaluations of marine loading arms and hydraulic gangways.
* Strong understanding of industry codes, standards, and engineering practices applicable to the design, analysis, inspection, and maintenance of these systems (e.g., OCIMF, SIGTTO).* Willingness and ability to travel periodically to marine terminals for specialized technical support and field activities
