Do you want to play a key role in shaping the future of medical technology? As a Technologist Manufacturing Processes you'll be at the forefront of process innovation. You'll optimise manufacturing systems to improve quality, speed and efficiency. You'll work in cross-functional teams and make a direct impact on how cutting-edge medical equipment is made.

What are you going to do 

What will you do?

  • Design and develop new manufacturing processes and systems to enhance efficiency, productivity and quality.
  • Analyse and optimise existing processes to reduce waste, improve performance and maintain consistent product quality.
  • Implement and maintain process control strategies that ensure smooth operations and compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to integrate new technologies into existing or new systems with minimal disruption.
  • Evaluate and recommend new equipment and technologies to keep manufacturing operations future-ready and competitive.

Essential skills and knowledge 

You are a strong communicator and team player who thrives in an innovative, high-tech environment. You take initiative, solve problems effectively, and have a keen eye for continuous improvement. You're comfortable working internationally and enjoy collaborating across cultures and disciplines.

In addition, you have:

  • A Master's or PhD degree (or equivalent) in Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing process development or as a process technologist.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve fundamental issues using deep technical knowledge.
  • Proven experience in process optimisation and control strategies.
  • Expertise in medical equipment or manufacturing systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical device development.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% and/or work at customer locations across Europe.
