This contract position as a Finance Coordinator is based in the vibrant city of New Delhi, India, and offers a chance to contribute to critical financial operations and projects.

  • Invoice Management: Manage and process operational and service order invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely payment processing.
  • Audit Management: Oversee statutory, tax, and general audits while ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and adherence to company and industry standards.
  • Reporting & Cost Allocation: Collaborate with consultants to prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial reports, including revenue, payables, receivables, payroll, and cash flow insights.
  • Budget Oversight: Gather and monitor financial data, analyze monthly variances, and support the headquarters' budget team in ensuring efficient financial tracking.
  • Tax Compliance: Supervise GST, TDS, and advance tax calculations and payments in coordination with consultants, maintaining compliance and accuracy.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Preferred:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA - Inter) / Semi‑qualified CA - or
  • Cost Accountant (CMA - Inter) / Semi‑qualified CMA - or
  • MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in:
  • Financial accounting & general ledger management
  • Month-end and year-end closing
  • Coordination with statutory auditors & tax consultants
  • Budget tracking, variance reporting, and cost control
  • Cash flow monitoring & vendor payment processing
