Introduction

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Execution Head to join our Integrity & Reliability Engineering Department at a leading LNG company.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and overseeing the execution of large-scale LNG projects, with a focus on ensuring the integrity and reliability of engineering processes and systems.
  • This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget while adhering to safety and quality standards.

What are you going to do 

  • Leadership and Management:
    • Lead and manage the Integrity and Reliability Engineering team to ensure the reliability and integrity of all assets.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
    • Oversee the execution of maintenance and reliability programs.
  • Asset Integrity Management:
    • Ensure the health and performance of critical assets throughout their lifecycle.
    • Implement and manage asset integrity programs to prevent failures and extend asset life.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
    • Identify potential failure modes and implement strategies to minimize risks.
    • Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and develop corrective actions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present reports on reliability metrics and performance to senior management.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure all activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
    • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in a major projects environment within the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience developing work methods and forming several alternative methods in accordance with established company policies, directives from management, schedules, and professional engineering standards.
  • Knowledgeable in HAZOP, HAZID, and risk assessment processes and applications.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-discipline and multi-cultural teams.
  • Experience providing recommendations on tenders, engineering designs, and general controls of contractors.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to comprehend, coordinate, and manage multiple projects.
  • Attention to detail and a strong grasp of analytical concepts.
