The Coating Supervisor oversees the surface preparation and application of protective coatings on FPSO structures, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications. They coordinate coating activities, supervise the coating team, conduct inspections, and ensure timely completion while maintaining safety and environmental standards.

Essential skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Coating Supervisor, preferably in FPSO or offshore oil & gas projects.
Knowledge of different coating systems, surface preparation techniques, and painting standards (NACE, SSPC).
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Safety-conscious with a good understanding of offshore safety standards.
