Client Partner (Senior Sales Executive)

Introduction

Brunel is currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive for our client in the digital commerce consulting industry. In this key role, you will be instrumental in acquiring new logos, managing client relationships, and driving growth and satisfaction. Your strategic thinking, ability to craft tailored solutions, and deep understanding of client needs will enable you to demonstrate how our client's offerings provide unparalleled value. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will lead the charge in shaping sales strategies, forging lasting partnerships, and ensuring ongoing success in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential new customers in Manufacturing, Life Sciences, and High Tech, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, building a robust sales pipeline, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our client's growth goals, including bookings and revenue goals, forecasting, and analyzing market trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies through regular client meetings, pursuits, presentations, and QBRs.
  • Work closely with Practice Leads and Delivery resources to ensure client needs are met and create compelling sales propositions.
  • Regularly update Hubspot with pipeline updates and bookings forecasts, and accurately forecast revenue to consistently achieve targets.
  • Lead, qualify, and close new logos, owning the end-to-end sales process and leveraging internal teams as needed.
  • Demonstrate drive, passion, and curiosity every day.

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of high-performance sales experience, specializing in consultative solutions for enterprise clients.
  • At least 5 years managing large accounts, preferably in digital, e-commerce, management consulting, or systems integration solutions.
  • Strong experience using sales processes and data analytics to achieve predictable revenue growth.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with high energy, motivation, and a relentless drive to pursue objectives.
  • Ability to ask insightful questions and actively listen to deeply understand client needs.
  • Proven track record of solving business problems creatively and aligning services to deliver win-win partnerships.
  • Desired experience in areas such as Commerce, CPQ, Guided Selling, PIM/PCM/MDM, Search, Web Analytics, and UX.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, assertive, and proactive, with the ability to react quickly and resolve issues effectively.
  • Proficient in using HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage sales and accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
