What are you going to do 

Responsibilities

  • Review and organize electronic documents filing.
  • Upload files to the appropriate electronic folders and databases
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of electronic records
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company data-handling protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements

  • Previous clerical, administrative, or records management experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks requiring accuracy and focus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow standard operating procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work 37.5 hours a week, Monday through Friday
  • Must have access to a personal laptop
