Introduction

On behalf of our client, a Leading Service Provider to the Energy Resources sector, Brunel is presently sourcing a Billing & Invoicing Clerk. This will be a casual contract, perfect for candidates residing North of the River wishing to work close to home.

What are you going to do

  • Support day-to-day billings, data accuracy and compliance processes
  • Prepare, process, and issue accurate invoices in line with contractual terms
  • Utilise JD Edwards (JDE) to validate, reconcile and maintain invoicing data
  • Perform accuracy checks, reconciliations and validations to ensure billing integrity
  • Support compliance and governance requirements through correct documentation and controls
  • Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoicing queries

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Operating in a fast-paced compliance driven environment, you will have a strong focus in accuracy, systems and teamwork
  • Ideal for someone with strong systems skills, high attention to detail and confidence working with internal teams and customers
  • Working knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) or similar ERP systems accompanied with confident MS Excel skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic Commercial and Contract awareness
  • Confident communicator with strong customer and stakeholder interaction skills
