Introduction

Our client is a reputable residential builder specialising in volume builds and multi-residential projects, with a strong focus on investment homes in the South Brisbane region. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and driven Site Supervisor who takes pride in delivering high-quality homes while managing multiple sites efficiently.

What are you going to do 

  • Oversee day-to-day operations on residential construction sites from slab to handover.
  • Schedule, manage, and coordinate all subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure efficient progress.
  • Maintain strict adherence to construction programs and deadlines, identifying and resolving delays promptly.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) regulations, company policies, and QBCC requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve onsite issues to avoid delays or rework.
  • Provide regular site updates, progress reports, and documentation to management.
  • Ensure homes are finished to defect-free standards and ready for smooth handover to clients.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Must have QBCC Site Supervisor License
  • Proven local experience in the residential building industry (ideally investment homes)
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and Australian building standards
  • Ability to manage multiple sites efficiently and maintain high-quality finishes
  • Excellent trade management skills and attention to detail
  • Solid communication and organisational skills
  • Current driver's license
