Supervise and coordinate all structural construction, fabrication, and installation activities.
Ensure all work is carried out safely, maintaining compliance with safety standards and procedures.
Review and verify construction drawings, specifications, and welding procedures.
Monitor progress and productivity of welding, cutting, and assembly operations.
Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure structural integrity and compliance.
Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and installation teams to resolve technical issues.
Maintain records of activities, inspections, and compliance documentation.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on site.
Essential skills and knowledge
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Structural, or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in structural supervision, preferably in offshore or FPSO projects.
Knowledge of relevant codes standards (e.g., AWS, ASME, API).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a multidisciplinary team environment.
