Introduction
What are you going to do
- Supervise and coordinate all structural construction, fabrication, and installation activities.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely, maintaining compliance with safety standards and procedures.
- Review and verify construction drawings, specifications, and welding procedures.
- Monitor progress and productivity of welding, cutting, and assembly operations.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure structural integrity and compliance.
- Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and installation teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain records of activities, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on site.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Structural, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in structural supervision, preferably in offshore or FPSO projects.
- Knowledge of relevant codes standards (e.g., AWS, ASME, API).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a multidisciplinary team environment.
