What are you going to do

Eigenständige Steuerung komplexer AC-Netzausbauprojekte hinsichtlich Termine, Kosten, Qualität und Risiken.
Verantwortung für das interne und externe Berichtswesen (PSG/rPSG), inkl. Prognosen, Trendanalysen und Managementempfehlungen.
Durchführung und Leitung des Änderungs- und Entscheidungsmanagements sowie Ableitung von Mitigationsmaßnahmen.
Leitung, Moderation und Nachbereitung von projektkritischen Workshops und Meetings mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.
Verantwortung für monatliche zukunftsgerichtete Abweichungsanalysen (kritischer Pfad, Szenarienentwicklung).
Enge Abstimmung mit Bau, Genehmigung, Einkauf, Controlling und externen Dienstleistern; Steuerung fachübergreifender Schnittstellen.

Essential skills and knowledge

Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaft, PM oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Projektsteuerung komplexer Infrastruktur- oder Energieprojekte.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethodik (z. B. IPMA, PMI), Termin- und Risikosteuerung.
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Project und Primavera P6.
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz, hohe Entscheidungssicherheit.
Reisebereitschaft sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit regulatorischen und technischen Anforderungen großer Infrastrukturprojekte.
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (B2).
