What are you going to do

Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Projektmanagement-Werkzeugen wie Organigramm, Kommunikationsmatrix und Phasenplänen.
Mitarbeit beim internen Berichtswesen (PSG/rPSG), Aufbereitung von Statusberichten und Kennzahlen.
Unterstützung im Änderungs- und Entscheidungsmanagement durch Datensammlung und Dokumentenerstellung.
Regelmäßige Mitwirkung beim monatlichen Projektbericht inkl. Abweichungsanalyse und Risikobewertung.
Vorbereitung, Organisation und Dokumentation von Workshops und Meetings.
Mitarbeit am Tracking projektkritischer Themen wie Baufreiheit, Risiken, Fortschritt und Meilensteinstatus.

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Bauingenieurwesen, Projektmanagement, o.ä.) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung.
Erste praktische Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder Bau-/Infrastrukturbereich (im Rahmen von Praktika) wünschenswert.
Grundkenntnisse in MS Office, idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit MS Project oder Primavera P6.
Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Lernbereitschaft.
Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, mit vielen Schnittstellen zusammenzuarbeiten.
Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands, sowie fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (B2).
