What are you going to do 

The Senior Contracts Administrator will manage all contractual and administrative aspects of projects, ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts, variations, and correspondence
  • Support project teams with contract interpretation, risk assessment, and compliance
  • Manage subcontractor documentation, claims, and payment processes
  • Maintain accurate records of project correspondence, schedules, and approvals
  • Mentor and support junior contract/admin staff

Essential skills and knowledge 

My client is seeking a candidate who:

  • Has proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Coordinator in construction
  • Has experience across Community, Industrial, Education, and Retirement projects
  • Has managed contracts for projects ranging from $20 million to $90 million
  • Possesses strong attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Can work proactively and independently within a fast-paced construction environment
