What are you going to do 

As the Contracts Administrator, you will manage all head contract and subcontract administration across live projects, taking ownership of full commercial delivery. Operating as the sole CA, you will also play a key role in shaping, improving, and refining internal systems, processes, and templates as the business continues to grow.

  • Prepare, review, and administer head contract and subcontract agreements across live projects
  • Manage progress claims, variations, RFIs, EOTs, and payment schedules to maintain strong commercial control
  • Refine and improve internal CA systems, processes, and templates to enhance efficiency and consistency across projects
  • Track project budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost management
  • Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to support smooth project delivery
  • Support the Project Manager and Site teams with reporting, cost updates, and project meetings
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and WHS requirements

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction
  • Exposure to refurbishment or structural modification projects advantageous
  • Comfortable working in a growing business where systems are being refined and improved
  • Strong attention to detail with solid understanding of contracts and cost control
  • Able to work autonomously while supporting project teams
  • Proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes, not just maintaining them
