What are you going to do 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinate internal resources—including support, service, and management teams—to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and strategic objectives within designated territories or industry verticals.
  • Lead strategic account planning to define shared performance goals, financial targets, and key milestones.
  • Identify new market opportunities, prospect and engage potential clients, develop tailored proposals, and manage the end-to-end contract process.
  • Drive solution development initiatives that effectively address client needs, ensuring collaboration across all relevant departments.
  • Operate with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of expertise and independence in managing responsibilities.

  • Proven track record of success in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Experience in global sales or international markets is a strong advantage.

First Contact

Scheduling an Interview

After being shortlisted, you will be contacted via email or telephone to arrange for a date on your availability for the qualification interview. 

Phone/ Qualification Interview

During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
