Introduction

To lead, coordinate, and supervise the construction activities for the LNG and Ship Loader portion of a mineral project, ensuring delivery is in accordance with safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.

What are you going to do 

  • Lead the execution of LNG terminal and ship loader construction, including structural, mechanical, piping, E&I scopes.

  • Coordinate day-to-day site activities, ensuring alignment with the overall construction schedule and milestones.

  • Monitor contractor performance, progress, and compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

  • Interface with engineering, procurement, HSE, and commissioning teams to ensure a smooth construction-to-startup transition.

  • Oversee materials handling, logistics, heavy lifting, and installation for LNG loading arms, berths, and jetty structures.

  • Ensure compliance with marine and port construction standards, particularly for ship loading systems.

  • Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and toolbox meetings.

  • Identify and mitigate construction risks, delays, or quality issues.

  • Review and validate work permits, method statements, ITPs, and risk assessments.

  • Manage and mentor field construction teams, supervisors, and subcontractors.

  • Ensure documentation and reports (daily/weekly/monthly) are accurately completed and submitted.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Indonesian passport holder

  • Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction-related field

  • 10+ years construction experience; 5+ years in LNG, marine, or ship loader projects

  • Experience in mining-related port/coastal infrastructure is a plus

  • Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills

  • Solid knowledge of construction methods, marine works & heavy equipment

  • Familiar with HSE, QA/QC, and construction best practices

  • Willing to work in remote or challenging environments
