What are you going to do 

  • Termingerechte Steuerung der Maßnahmen während der Planungs- und Realisierungsphase
  • Verantwortung für Kosten-, Termin- und Risikosteuerung der Planungs- und Bauprozesse
  • Mitwirkung bei der Mittelabflussplanung
  • Sicherstellung einer integrierten Termin-, Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Leistungssteuerung gemäß den vertraglich festgelegten Projektzielen, intern sowie gegenüber Auftragnehmern und Dritten
  • Beratung des Projektleiters und Koordination interner und externer Projektbeteiligter
  • Überwachung der Projektziele hinsichtlich terminlicher und wirtschaftlicher Einhaltung
  • Erstellung von Abweichungsanalysen, Szenarien und Gegensteuerungsmaßnahmen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise in Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung, alternativ gleichwertige Qualifikation notwendig
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und in der Projektsteuerung von Infrastrukturprojekten erforderlich
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in Projekten mit Planung und Bau im Bestand
  • Sicherer Umgang mit anwendungsbezogener Software, z. B. MS Project und MS Office
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
