What are you going to do 

  • Unterstützung bei der termingerechten Planung, Steuerung und Projektmanagement
  • Verantwortung für Kosten-, Termin- und Risikomanagement sowie Mittelabflussplanung
  • Abstimmung mit technischen Fachbereichen, Behörden und externen Partnern zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses
  • Beratung der Projektleitung und Koordination interner sowie externer Projektbeteiligter
  • Überwachung und Kontrolle der Projektziele hinsichtlich Zeit, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Versorgungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Architektur, Internationales Bauingenieurwesen, Bau und Immobilienmanagement, Bauphysik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Projektkoordination im Bau erforderlich
  • Fundierter Umgang in MS-Office und MS-Project von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
