What are you going to do 

  • Vrantwortung für Planung und Umsetzung von Software-Projekt für Diagnosewerkzeuge im Bereich Sondermotoren
  • Fachliche Führung eines interdisziplinären Teams und Steuerung externer Software Development Partner
  • Projekt-, Budget- und Ressourcenplanung; Sicherstellung von Termin-, Kosten- & Qualitätszielen
  • Koordination der Anforderungen mit Stakeholdern
  • Integration und Validierung von Diagnosefunktionen (z. B. CAN, J1939)
  • Sicherstellung von Meilensteinen, Dokumentation und Reporting.
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Diagnosesoftware
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Datenschutz- und Exportkontrollvorgaben

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Studiengang notwendig
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten, idealerweise in der Entwicklung von Diagnosesoftware oder im Automotive-/Off-Highway-Bereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden (z. B. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) zwingend
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Softwareapplikationen, vorzugsweise für Windows-Plattformen, sowie mit Bussystemen und Diagnoseprotokollen (z. B. CAN, J1939, CANopen, UDS)
  • Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams und in der Steuerung externer Partner sowie sicheres Stakeholder- Management
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
