What are you going to do 

  • Durchführung eines aktiven Anforderungsmanagements für IT‑Systeme im Produktionsumfeld: Ermitteln, Strukturieren und Priorisieren von Anforderungen aus verschiedenen Teilprojekten
  • Steuerung der Umsetzung von Software‑ und Hardware‑Teilprojekten in einer agilen Entwicklungsorganisation - abgestimmt und eng verzahnt mit allen Projektbeteiligten
  • Funktion als zentrale Schnittstelle zu internen Kunden im Hinblick auf Reporting, Dokumentation, Projektplanung und Tracking
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und qualitätskonformen Umsetzung der Teilprojekte gemäß definierter Vorgaben
  • Einbringen eigener fachlicher Erfahrungen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Soft‑ und Hardwareentwicklungsprozesse

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Physik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Software‑ und Automatisierungsprojekte - sowohl in klassischen als auch agilen Vorgehensmodellen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, idealerweise belegt durch eine IPMA®‑Zertifizierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
