What are you going to do 

  • Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung bereichsübergreifender Projekte, inklusive Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Zeitplänen und Meilensteinen
  • Koordination globaler HSE-Initiativen sowie Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen Umsetzung von Richtlinien und Standards
  • Aufbereitung und Präsentation von Projektstatus und Ergebnissen für Management und Stakeholder
  • Analyse zentraler HSE-Kennzahlen, Ableitung von Trends und Vorschlägen zur Optimierung
  • Förderung von HSE-Kommunikation, Schulungen und einer sicherheits- und umweltbewussten Unternehmenskultur

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Sicherheitsingenieurwesen, Safety Engineering, Umwelttechnik, Environmental Engineering, Arbeits- und Umweltschutztechnik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Technische BWL, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in einem industriellen oder produzierenden Umfeld erforderlich
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination von HSE Projekten wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in ISO 45001, ISO 14001 oder ähnlichen Managementsystemen von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse sind ein Must Have
